MOULAY OMAR ALAOUI

Mr. Alaoui is a Chairman of Palma Capital Limited and President of Palma Holding. He has held various posts in the Aviation Sector around the world and in 1992 established and managed two service companies: Trading & Aviation Services (based in Paris) and Avtrac Ltd (based in London). These companies provided technical and commercial assistance to banks which repossessed commercial aircraft following the crisis in the airline and leasing companies sector in the aftermath of the first Gulf War. He was closely involved in over 120 aircraft transactions for an amount exceeding US$ 2 billion.

Mr. Alaoui holds a Master’s Degree in Economics and a DEA (diploma d’études approfondies de Transport) from the “Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées” in Paris, France. He is a member of International Society of Transport Aircraft Trading (ISTAT).
